Cut option Disabled in Microsoft Excel - How to fix?

At times we face this issue of Cut option getting disabled in Microsoft Excel. A grayed out Cut on right click, Ctrl+x wont help either. Copy works though.

 To enable Cut -

1. Close Excel
2. Open my computer and navigate to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel
3. Delete all files having xlb extension in this Excel folder
4. Restart excel. Cut option should be enabled now.

AppData is a hidden folder and we need to enable "Show hidden files, folders and drives" in Folder Options or File Explorer Options. Search for "File Explorer Options" in search bar and you will find it.
